We reserve the possiblilty of flaws and changed specifications and prices. If you have any doubt or are in the need of further information about our products, you are always welcome to contact us here.
Prices:
All prices are day to day prices and only valid on purchase date. We reserved the right to change any prices at any time.
Ordering:
This presentation of goods together with a price at Sidekick Audio is not a binding offer from our side, but a request for an offer.
Your order of goods from Sidekick Audio is not equal with a binding accept from our side, but a binding offer from you to Sidekick Audio to buy the goods under these conditions.
A binding offer between you and Sidekick Audio is not valid until Sidekick Audio has sent you a order confirmation of the acceptet offer.
Payment:
We accept payment whith the follwing credit cards: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB, Dankort or e-dankort. The payment transaction goes through a PBS approved server.
Security:
The account information you type in when buying goods are incrypted (SSL) and transfered directly to PBS and it is only and PBS who can read the information. No one can intercept or save a copy of the information about you or your accounts. When paying with Dankort or a credit card, the amount is not withdrawn from you account until the goods are shipped.
Personal information:
To be able to assist you with the best possible service and products, we will save your personal information such as name and address. This information will be kept confidential and not turned over to third party. You are always welcome to send us an email and request a copy of all the information we have of your account. You will within 10 working days receive an email with this information. If you want us to delete your account and all your personal information, please state this clearly in your email.
Complaints:
Sidekick Audio offers 2 years of right to complaint from invoice date, on fabrication and material flaws. The right to complaint does not cover flaws, damages or wear, directly or indirectly caused by wrongfull use, service , violence or unauthorized interference.
Your complaint of a problem has to be brought to our knowledge in reasonable time. If you bring your complaint before 2 months of purchase it is regarded as reasonable time. We will refund any reasonable frieght charge you may have when returning the item if the complaint is judged as legitimate.
When returning items you must include a copy of the purchase invoice and we strongly recommend that the items are shipped, with tracking availability in case of problems or missing packages.

Right to regret a purchase:
When you purchase a product from Sidekick Audio we offer you as a private customer a right to regret your purchase. All you need to do is to return the items before 14 days from you have received it.
When the item has been returned and you wish to use your right of a refund, it is important that the items are in unused and perfect condition and toghether with the origrinal packaging. The right to a full refund is cancelled if the items has been used in a way that will lower the resell value.
In case of refund, you will have to pay for the returning freight costs. We will not accept package send as “receiver pays” or without fright prepaid. When returning items you most include a copy of the purchase invoice and we strongly recommend that the items are shipped, with tracking availability in case of problems or missing packages.
If you want to use the 14 days of refund rights; we will refund the full amount to your bank account for the received unused items in perfect condition with the original packing, the initial shipping will not be refunded.
These refund rules do only apply to private customers who buy online. It does not apply any goods picked up, downloaded or goods sold to companies.
